QuestForgeAI provides AI-assisted drafting of responses to security questionnaires using documentation you provide. Outputs are drafts intended for your review and approval. QuestForgeAI does not submit questionnaires on your behalf and does not guarantee deal closure, questionnaire acceptance, or any specific business outcome.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all draft responses before submission to any third party.
• You confirm you have the right to share any documentation you provide.
• You will not use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

3. No Professional Advice

QuestForgeAI provides documentation drafting assistance only. The service does not constitute legal, security, compliance, or professional advice. Legal, contractual, and compliance commitments require your independent review.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by our payment provider or Merchant of Record. Fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality and Data

We treat documents you provide as confidential. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuestForgeAI's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. QuestForgeAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
