QuestForgeAI respects the confidentiality of the documents you provide for a pilot engagement. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we handle retention.

1. What We Collect

• Contact information, including name, email, company, and billing details provided during intake or purchase.
• Questionnaires and supporting documentation you provide for processing.
• Basic operational logs required to run and secure the service.

2. How We Use It

We use provided documents solely to generate the draft questionnaire responses and review package you requested. Contact information is used for delivery, support, billing, and engagement follow-up.

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your confidential documents to train public AI models.
• We do not share your documents outside the providers and operator workflow needed to deliver the engagement.

4. Retention and Deletion

Client documents and generated outputs are retained only as long as needed to deliver and support the engagement. Files are deleted within 30 days of delivery, or sooner upon written request.

5. Security

QuestForgeAI is currently operated as a controlled concierge pilot. Where we provide an online transfer or portal, documents are transmitted over TLS. Operator access is restricted, engagement files are stored in separate working folders, and public upload access is disabled.

6. Sub-processors

We use a limited set of providers to operate the service, including hosting, AI model processing, and payment services. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
